Hello, how are you, I hope you are very well! Last Saturday I was having lunch with my mother and my niece and we had some delicious pancakes with banana, dulce de leche, biscuit and whipped cream. I liked them so much that when I arrived I thought about cooking some pancakes and this was the result.

I've put the recipe for the pancakes a little lower in case you feel like preparing them.
You can accompany the pancakes with whipped cream and syrup of dulce de leche, chocolate, strawberries, maple syrup, natural fruits ... etc

I hope you like it!

A Kiiisssssss¡¡¡¡¡

Ingredientes:

150 ml de leche.
2 Huevos.

¡¡A disfrutarlas¡¡

Ingredients:

150 ml of milk.
2 Eggs.
2 tablespoons brown sugar.
2 small spoons of yeast.
50 gr unsalted butter
200 gr of baking flour (if it can be special flour for pancakes better).

Preparation:

Separate the yolks from the egg whites and beat the yolks with the sugar (we reserve the egg whites in another bowl). Then add the melted butter and milk and beat again.
We mix the flour with the yeast, sieve it, and add it to the previous mixture.
Finally we assemble the whites of the eggs, add it and mix it all gently.

Elaboration:

We put in the pan a little butter and we put some mass (depending on the size that we want to make our pancake). When the pancake dough begins to bubble we turn it over. We have the pancake a few more seconds and we take it out.
The pancake is ready to eat.
It is very important that the fire is at an average temperature so that they come out golden and do not burn us.

Then cut the banana into slices and place them on the pancakes. We mash some cookies with a little melted butter and sprinkle them on the pancakes. We can add whipped cream and syrups to our liking.

Finally we decorate our pancakes with sugar glass with the Christmas template that we like.

To enjoy them¡¡
